The rooms where tidy with big bed - we appreciated it...

My stay here was enjoyable. the location is convenient and exceptionally pleasant, being close to the train station and city center. It's also near the skiing spots at Tatranska Lomnica and Srbske Pleso, as well as a bus stop and train station. Plus, it offers beautiful mountain views.

we greatly enjoyed staying 2 nights here. the location in a calm area was absolutely perfect and perfectly comfortable and there were a shopping centre and a large supermarket nearby. the train station was near the place.

All the staff was nice and we had an early check in.

The location here is fantastic! It's just a short walk from downtown bars and restaurants, as well as the city center. You really can't beat how close it is. 🍽️.

Comfort exceeding the price.

Very friendly staff. Near train station Poprad-Tatry, so it was very easy to travel around in the Tatras or towards Kezmarok.

This hotel is a real gem! the location is perfect, being so close to the train station. It's incredibly convenient for travelers like me who rely on public transportation. Secondly, the staff was extremely helpful and responsive. I experienced a minor issue during my stay, but they were quick to fix it after I texted them - such great service! Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms. The comfortable beds and the clean, modern decor made for a very pleasant stay.

Good location, excellent bed, and well fitted bathroom.

Top floor slope in roof made me unable to stand up straight in parts of the bathroom. Curtains hard to pull because of strange window design. Not a real problem, just preference.

Mind-blowing location near train station, super convenient and easy access to city center. Jaw-dropping room with cozy vibes and nice amenities like Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils. The check-in process was a breeze thanks to the helpful and accommodating staff. Strongly recommend this family-friendly place for an amazing stay!

After arrival we have been informed that our standard room have been already rented, and due to this fact we received Comport apartment with price of standard one. Room was clean, comfy and in the first place very spacious. Hotel is well localized, near to the city center and Aqua City (all hotel guests receive 15% discount for whole offer). Regarding to Wi-fi connection issue reported in previous comments we did not have any problems. To sum up, great hotel with reasonable pricing.
